Minimum space purchase is 9 square metres/m2 - 3x3.
The booth is rented as “space only” for € 530,00 per sq.m.
Publishers, journals and non-profi t organizations will be charged a reduced rate of € 265,00 per sq.m.
The booth is rented as space only. This means that the booth site will be given without any prefabricated walls, installations, furniture, electricity, carpet and furnishings or any other technical supplies and facilities. The exhibitor must personally take care of the set-up and installation of the actual booth.

HOW TO RESERVE AN EXHIBITION SPACE

Spaces will be assigned according to:
1. Participation to the Booth Selection Meeting Semptember 26, 2012: with priority selection according to the 2012- 2013 ERA-EDTA Ranking List;
2. From October 25 to December 7, 2012: with priority selection according to the 2012-2013 ERA-EDTA Ranking List;
3. Then from December 10, 2012 on a first-come-first-served basis.
These badges are reserved only for EXHIBITING COMPANIES and their branches only.

No. 5 badges, free of charge, will be given for every 9 square meters of booth booked/confi rmed and only the name of the company exhibiting will appear on the exhibitors’ badges.
Exhibitors’ badges will be available at the Exhibitors’-Visitors’ Desk, in the Registration Area starting May 17, 2013 (11.00-19.00) - unless agreed otherwise; plastic badge holders and lanyards can also be collected at this desk. Badges will not be mailed in advance. The contact person of the company (exhibitor details) will be fully responsible of receiving and distributing the badges to colleagues/staff members.
Make sure that the contact person of the company hand outs badges to colleagues/customers before they access the upper floors. In case the colleague/customer are not able to reach the contact person and collect their badge, he/she will be asked to deposit € 60,00 (equivalent to the actual price for one exhibitor badge) and he/she will be given a temporary badge. The amount of € 60,00 will be returned once the colleague/customers returns the temporary badge, showing the exhibitor badge received at the booth/from the contact person.
These badges are only meant for the staff working on the booth and must be used to enter the Exhibition Area during the hours when the exhibition hall is open to visitors (these are NOT set-up/dismantling badges). These badges do not allow entrance to session halls or any other scientific activities, except the Industry Symposia.
EXTRA EXHIBITORS' BADGES
Please use the order form to purchase extra exhibitors’ badges and submit it to the ERA-EDTA Industry Coordinator, firstname.lastname@example.org or fax +39 051 309477, no later than April 26, 2013. The cost for each extra exhibitor badge is € 60,00.
After April 26, 2013 it will be possible to purchase extra exhibitors’ badges at the Exhibitors’-Visitors’ Desk located in the Registration Area, starting May 17, 2013 (11.00-19.00).
No refunds will be given in case of cancellation.
FREE FULL REGISTRATIONS

This benefit is not given to discounted/free exhibitors. In order to take advantage of the free registration/s, the full details of the person/s must be sent to the the ERA-EDTA Industry Coordinator, firstname.lastname@example.org or fax +39 051 309477, by April 26, 2013, by using the appropriate form to submit the name/s. These free registrations are meant for the personnel of the exhibiting company who is interested in attending the scientifi c programme of the congress. If the name/s is/are not sent by April 26, 2013 it will still be possible to register directly at the Exhibitors’- Visitors’ Desk located in the Registration Area starting from May 17, 2013 (11.00-19.00). If not used, these free full registrations cannot be reimbursed. A company business card is required upon registration.
These badges are for Visitors wishing to enter the exhibition. The cost per each Visitors’ Badge is € 100,00 and enables to visit the exhibition during the opening times; Please see FORM F. Visitors’ badges can be pre-booked by April 26, 2013 and also purchased on site, at the Exhibitors’-Visitors’ Desk, in the Registration Area, starting from May 17, 2013. These badges do not allow entrance to session halls or any other scientific activities.
